Allowing under-age marriages. Will it prove beneficial for Pakistan?

A Fine Move? Or something that needed still to be revised thoroughly and drafted before it could be implemented??

-Pakistan needs to pass laws to give men/women equal rights and then practise these kind of things
-A Huge conspiracy sensed? Why is Prime-minister Nawaz Sharif acting like Russian premier whose actions led to collapse to the disintegration of Soviet Russia? It might sound absurd but the country is recovering atm. Economically and in others areas too. There has been a huge political transition so going a little slow with the reforms would be better rather than riding on the roller coaster.
-What will happen to the weaker sex? 90% of the women are from rural areas. And most aren't aware of their rights. This is going to give the stronger and law-defiers an edge over the law.
-Women have been treated like shit in Pakistan and factually no jurisdiction is taken against the criminals. The law allows young-age marriages yeah, but what if the element of forcing comes in (which it will sadly), what will happen then?

On the other hand:
-Children of today are mature enough to decide their own things. OF COURSE that's bloody damn true. The divorce rate has been relatively but would this change would to a considerable extent destabilize the country's family structure which has been there since centuries? I think, No. It won't eventually. It might as well do but with the passage of time this action of the PM will get quite support from those who have been oppressed. Every individual is different and in certain cases advice and consent of family is needed however mostly, in the country forced marriages have been witnessed which have led to neither of the married ones happy thus resulting in conflict of interests and eventually leading to divorce. These amendments will Curb the divorce rates to be quite honest. Families tend to marry of either of the gender be it male or female (in most cases its the female gender suffering from this dilemma) in the early age.

Maturity comes later on in life and one should be given full liberty to decide as to what they want to do with their lives. Regardless, clear interpretation of this issue should be given by the government as to relieve the tensions and misconception in the younger generation as well as those concerned regarding this law.

In the end I'd say, give this action of government a chance. If it'd raise disruption in the dynamics of Pakistan's system then it would not go away from the lime light as well.
